Our Pilates classes are tailored to your needs. Not only are they great for overall strengthening of the body, but ideal for specific rehabilitation of injuries and other concerns. With regular classes you will see and feel the difference.
Join a small Group Reformer Class or Studio Class to experience a variety of Pilates equipment, strength and balance training, all with focused and supportive guidance.
Buff Bones® is a medically-endorsed workout that combines Pilates, functional movement, strength training, and therapeutic exercise with bone-strengthening and balance techniques to optimize the health and safety of your bones. The workout follows a research-supported design of specifically sequenced exercises, making it an entire system of bone and joint health, rather than just a set of exercises. Toning your arms, hips, back and abs, the Buff Bones® system also improves posture, is adaptable to varying levels, and is even safe for those with osteoporosis.
I have been taking Kate’s classes for several years and during that time have noticed huge changes to my strength and posture. Pilates with Kate has also improved my overall wellbeing significantly.

Wonderful Pilates experience. Firstly to be greeted by Kate’s friendly dog’s Alfie and Rusty, and then into the calmness and picturesque studio.
