Group Reformer

A full body Reformer class for everyone. We will work on fundamental movement patterns, some dynamic flow and also use props to challenge and test your strength, balance and endurance.

Suitable for: all levels (Progressions and modifications can be added to suit your level of fitness)

Studio Class

Our Studio Class is designed to give you a fully customised experience with access to all of our fabulous Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and more. The class is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and abilities, ensuring a safe and effective workout.


With a focus on posture correction, functional movement, and alignment, this class helps you build strength, flexibility and stability while addressing imbalances and movement patterns. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, looking to improve mobility, or wanting to enhance overall fitness, this session provides personalised attention needed to help you move better and feel stronger in everyday life.

A focus on Bones and balance!

Buff Bones® is a medically endorsed system of movement for bone and joint health. The class integrates Pilates, strength training, functional movement and therapeutic exercise with bone strengthening and balance techniques.

Suitable for: everyone! Safe for osteopenia/osteoporosis.
